Dolly's mini panettone

Nothing else was taking my fancy today and I just wanted something plain to eat, so I had this mini panettone! It's been sat in the cupboard since Christmas, but thankfully it was still in date! My voice is a lot stronger this evening, if slightly horse, just the usual pattern that seems to accompany my laryngitis!
