When I woke at 4.00am (grrr) this morning, the first thought that came into my head was the memory of my mother putting posters of Steve McQueen and Paul Newman on my bedroom wall when I was 9. I just thought they were old. Trying to think of a modern day comparison.

Had lunch with my big kids, who were talking for a change. Frustrating day sewing, I'd love to throw that machine out of the window sometimes.

King Sugar came home feeling despondent, he's almost finished putting the Chevy back together. But every time he's almost there , something goes wrong. I think he's at work far too long everyday, almost 15 hours a day. He works on the Chevy when the garage is closed. I think maybe he needs a break from it, to recharge his batteries.
