In memory of Margery

A wonderful collection of colourfully dressed family and friends said their goodbyes to a dear, if what unique, human being that you would never forget once met - Margery.

Born in Ireland, she went to Trinity and gained her degree. She then spent the rest of her life helping others, mainly in the role of a social worker, but towards the end of her life as a founder member of a charitable organisation helping and supporting individuals with Alzheimer's/dementia and their family. She had a wealth of knowledge, experience, a great teacher and an old school worker (where you acted first before worrying how it was going to be funded or the paperwork completed)! She was 71 years young at the end.

Her two children and her mother (must be in her 90's) then layed on a sandwich tea afterwards, this was carried out as she had requested. A lovely way to remember her - although the meringues were missing!
