The Heath

Lucky me! Shortly into my run I caught up with Nic and her daughter going the same way to walk the dog. I was happy to walk a loop of the heath while we caught up on family activities and then I did another loop of the heath before heading home. The preparations for Royal Ascot are well underway and the Grandstand area is busy day and night.

Officially I was on holiday today but I did do some work at home; unfortunately just enough to make me realise how much more awaits on Monday.
