Rock Pools at Low Tide
We have some low spring tides this week which exposes many rock pools normally covered by the sea. At my favourite beach at Bembridge Ledge the colours in the pools are spectacular especially when clarity is added via the polarising filter.
I thought this seaweed with the reflected blue sky looked like the surface detail of an oil painting.
I spent a happy two hours gathering many close ups and details which may end up in a Blurb book before the incoming tide forced me back to the shore.
