One species each day (from my backyard)

It's getting colder now! There was good frost this morning. I had to de-ice the windscreen using an 'L-plate'. The tomato plants have given up growing long ago, although one still had a green top, even now. The rest looks more like this. Solanum lycopersicum they are called these days.
