In Step

I was talking to my friend Mike, who is a far better photographer then me, on Sunday and he mentioned some sculptures by Sean Henry in the Close at Salisbury Cathedral. I'd seen some of them, so he sent me some of his photos. This one particularly interested me, as the pose echoes the Elisabeth Frink Walking Madonna sculpture, which I've added as an extra for comparison. I also love the way the little girl is trying to mimic it!
I'm giving a broad interpretation to my Blip entries and may be including other photos of things, people and places I have been thinking about on a particular day, even if the photo wasn't taken then - I make no apologies!
