Flam

A beautiful day warm with clear blue skies, perfect for a two hour boat trip down the fiord from Flam to Naeroyfjord, one of the narrowest fiords in Europe, with towering mountain ranges and numerous waterfalls. 

We drove up to Stalheim for coffee and pastries before returning to the ship. I wouldn’t like to be the driver on these narrow windy roads with spectacular drops over the side!!

We have chosen to have any time dining and to share a table for six. It has proven to be most successful, as we have met so many interesting people in such a short space of time and we can turn up to eat whenever it suits us.
