it must be Sailing!

Ruth got to take part in an after-session race at Sailability today.  Having muffed the start she was always towards the rear and returned rather sore as sailing a two-seater adapted boat pulled her shoulder awkwardly.  She'll be back in a single seater next time and is already devising padding and seat adaptations that will make things more comfortable!
