Gladioli

We had RAIN last night!.....at about 3 a.m....there was thunder and a heavy shower. There is a water shortage here, so we were all pleased to hear the rain!

I went out into the garden this morning, and found these two lovely scarlet gladioli bent over....so I cut them, and popped them into a vase...
But before putting them in the house, I took a photo for today's Blip.
The rest of the garden is looking rather fresher, and happier, having had a night time drink!
