Salsa....

I'm cooking Sweetcorn Fritters with Tomatoe Salsa.

Ella sat down the other day and wrote out a dinner menu for each night this week ... Great idea , as I find I end up cooking the same old same most weeks.
I used to love cooking and was quite creative.

It's all vegetarian meals too this week.....
