Fresh air

C made some progress overnight with fewer episodes so we decided to try a couple of hours at Basildon Park to recharge our flat batteries and see if the ball runs and sunshine would help us all.

It was nice to get out all together even if just for a short while, we had a nice picnic and C loved doing the ball runs again.

We were all quite tired when we got home and C went to bed pretty well later on.
