Disability misuse

The driver of this truck first broke the law by driving over the curb & then misused the disability license plate as the driver was totally able to get out of the truck and work on another vehicle.   Later in the day another smaller truck with a disability license drove over the same curb. She got out of the cab retrieved a large container of beer - placed it one the truck bed cover and pushed it across to a man on the other side.   People abuse disability plates & placards all the time and are seldom caught.  The fine for doing so is $300+.
