Cool Cool Rain

In this photograph, rain falls on Baltimore Avenue, 48th Street, and Florence Avenue, all at the same time. It's West Philadelphia, near my home.


It brings to mind a song I intensely loved once, as a drunken teenager.  It still has an effect on me.

The way the beach is kissed by the sea
