Fischer's in Berlin

Not really Berlin. There's this place in Clarendon Street that's called Berlin. They do soups and snacks and German beer. What better after lunch with Chew-and-Chat Tom (in The Green Hen – not up to its usual standard) than half a litter al fresco (i.e. at a tiny table on the pavement) of Fischer's Helles?
