Surrounded by the rippling sea

I did a bit of gardening and a bit of clothes sorting today; nothing too taxing.

Then it was the moment of truth - the weigh in!  I had lost another 3lb this week so received my half stone certificate at Slimming World. Everyone clapped and I was suitably delighted.  I thought I had passed the time when I would receive any more certificates for anything, other than when the walkers award them for things that went wrong on one of my walks.....!!

On my way home I stopped at the graveyard of St John Lee Church. It is overgrown with buttercups and green alkanet, creating the effect of the stones being at sea.  Many are already standing at an angle, ready to fall down.
