Yellow Bird ......

I took a number of photos today of hedgerow grasses and flowers, they are so pretty just now and I keep adding to the collection. Then at just the right moment this yellow hammer was in the same place I keep seeing it, but today the farmer had left the gate open so I ventured down the track a bit. I was quite pleased with the result, then I turned round and could have touched a goldfinch it was so near, it flew when it saw the camera though .....
