Poppy

Lots of poppies growing wild down the side of the road, all different shades of oranges, pinks and reds.  

A lovely day and we both got lots done. Mike took advantage of the good weather to pressure wash the boat.  Then he did the house, then re-painted the front of the house - a lovely pale yellowy colour instead of stark white.  Looks really good, a great improvement.

Friends round in the evening.  I made lasagne, J brought rhubarb cake and S & M brought prosecco and chocolate!  A really nice way to end a busy day.
