In the Dappled light

Today has been cold and gloomy. This afternoon the sun showed its face for a while. I had my Hydrotherapy this afternoon and it was great getting into the warm pool.. not so good getting out again!

My headache is still with me and doesn't seem to want to go away. I thought I had nailed down a few things that may be causing it. But so far to no avail.
