Old Man in the mist

Another stop on the way into work this morning, this time to take a blip of the Old Man of Storr covered in cloud.

Although it was cloudy and overcast this morning, the day is shaping up to be quite sunny and warm.

Was n't able to upload the blip until lunch time as the internet connection in Portree has been down since yesterday (the classic 'someone has cut through a cable' apparently!). Fortunately I live outside Portree and our internet is still working (not that I am feeling smug or anything!).

Just checked the BBC website and apparently the loss of internet connection in some areas of Skye is due to someone attempting to cut through a subsea BT cable at low tide thinking it contained copper that they could sell on!
