Checking out the ingredient list.

Sunday afternoon chill-out time and we decided to do some baking. 
The plan was Chocolate chip cookies and Brownies. But Harry was distracted by competing recipes in The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook and so we ditched the Chocolate Brownies in favour of Chocolate Muffins. 
Rather a good outcome; I think we will be making them again.
