Hanging lamps!

I've never seen anything quite like this before! Spotted while out for lunch at the newly refurbished Busby Hotel and I feel there should be a more catchy title for them, but can't think of one - any suggestions?
Off to get the keys of my new caravan tomorrow and will stay a couple of nights so no more blips till I get back!
