Talent show

A well needed lazy day but I'm feeling lazier than I probably should be. Got so little energy these days and all I want to do is sleep. I'm also badly co-ordinated, dizzy even, and super sensitive to comments and touch. The girls are as energetic as ever, though, and so I pulled myself off the sofa to watch a talent show in the garden. Ophelia did some spinning acrobatics on the swings; Grace showed some hula hoop skills; both did some scooter tricks; and Arwen went super high on the swing too. I need to get out and be more active, and stop eating so many sugary snacks, but I'm in a rut at present. Afternoon nap sort of helped but the flat feeling just won't go.
