Bug's Blueberry Buckwheat Pancake

The Bug is now full steam ahead with the weaning, and he can really tuck it away. We do a mix of baby-led and spoon feeding, and I find this works really well. Today's lunch was a blueberry pancake, and boy does he like a pancake (doesn't everyone?). I should make them more often. 

Current favourites of his are blueberries, strawberries, avocado, potato, weetabix, chicken and bean stew, polenta and spag bol. 

He's now nursing a lot less during the day, which eases my mind a bit (a little bit) in returning to work this week.
