Scented Mayweed

Another rather grey day and slightly chilly.  Took a friend of mums here from Warwickshire to see her today, they had a lovely time together going over their past times and remembered holidays etc.  Home for lunch and then out with friends for cuppa and a chat.  Later watered a friends garden and went for a walk, thought I was going to get wet as it went quite dark for a while!  Took shots of bees, hoverflies and other insects plus a spider but decided on this insect on the mayweed.  It is scented and smells quite pleasant.  There was a lot of it in the farmers field of wheat.  Extra shot of a geranium in my garden.
