A Draw Is As Good As A Win

For the second match running we managed to scramble a draw from a 2-0 down half time scoreline.

It was a tough old encounter, and Dawn played like a demon in both games. I was there or there abouts, and I shot really well in the first game. The turning point came when I played an almost perfect carreau, where you shoot a boule out and leave yours in the same spot, unfortunately it was our boule I shot and a recoiled about 6 inches from the coche. This let them in for a count in the end, and we never could catch up. The second game we had our opposition under pressure all the way, and run out comfortable winners. Dad and Paul had a tight tussle, and managed to edge out 13-10 winners with an excellent three when at 10 all.

Cracking nights boule, no idea where we are in the league as we approach the half way point.
