Kingston in South Australia is considered to be the Lobster Capital of Australia so an appropriate symbol adornes the entrance to this town.
Australia has a number of towns that erect these items to indicate to passing tourists the importance in visiting them.
Unfortunately we were unable to participate in this culinary delight as it was out of season. Maybe next time!!!
