Celebrating the Queen's Jubilee in Phnom Penh

We were invited to celebrate the Queen's Jubilee with the Ambassador at the Intercontinental Hotel. A strange collection of British, Cambodian and International business interests, NGOs and other halves.

But the drink was flowing, including G&Ts and Pimms and there were nibbles galore.
