A day in London - committee meeting followed by a session talking about "sustainability" in relation to surviving a career in Emergency Medicine.

Then a few of us had a bit of time to kill before our transport home, so we looked for somewhere to sit and talk and eat.  We ended up in a rather splendid itsu near Holborn.

A pleasant chat and actually quite a reasonable meal - given that it all appears to be pre-prepared.
