Sizzle

We picked up our new BBQ yesterday but didn´t have time to put it together. Today we did and we invited 2 friends over for the inaugural BBQ in the evening. We had impressive thunderstorms this evening but our little BBQ area is under cover so we remained dry. I agonised for ages over which BBQ I should buy, as I did when I bought my new oven a couple of months ago. I went for the budget model with the oven but decided on the all singing, all dancing BBQ model this time. It has infrared cooking for spit roasting (you can cook up to 3 chickens at a time) and an infrared side burner which is apparently wonderful for steaks and I will be also able to use it for wok cooking as it is very hot. There is an ice container built in on the other side with a chopping board that sits on top. Hubby liked the "headlights" and the blue illuminated knobs which I have blipped. You can also add in a smoker and various other accessories. We are really excited by our new BBQ, can you tell? (We don't get out much).
The verdict? It was well worth it!
