Bow & Arrows

Freya and I went for an archery try-out this afternoon, which, even though it was raining most of the timer, it was great fun.  

Hoods up instead of a feather in our cap!!

We tried a wooden recurve bow, a metal recurve bow and a Syrian horseman's bow.  Each very different from each other and each needing a differing amount of pulling power.

Thankfully no horses were involved with the Syrian bow!
