Homemade....

....Cream of Asparagus soup! Never made it before and, even though I say it myself, it was jolly good. Rather grey day but the rain held off for the gardens and there seemed to be a good number of people around.

I did roasted vegetables as my contribution to the lunches in the hall. More tomorrow! We might even go for some lunch then.

Cocktails (!) and supper with neighbour's this evening and R has made focaccia as a contribution. It smells divine!
