This is where....

we will watch our 4th of July parade go past, if we aren't walking with the bicycle contestants!
Every year we have friends who put tarps out early in the morning along the sidewalk so we have a dry place to sit and watch the parade go by...this is a lovely little island in the middle of town.   Al and I were out early this morning, so I grabbed a shot of this on my way home.   I did make the sky bluer than it is today...it's actually very overcast!
The extra photo is the plaque near the gazebo....1837 is about as old as it gets around these parts!!!
