Coq au vin

Came back from Barcelona today. Cooked a coq au vin, and took the advice often given that you should use a good quality wine to cook with (to a brit, that always seems like a waste - I could be drinking it!). It was very nice, but right at the end realised I didn't have any flour to create a thickener, so sauce was a bit thin. About two minutes after this photo I tipped half of it in my lap. How I laughed.
