Boring Blip

Sorry, I'm aware this is rubbish, but...

Got home at half 11, had to eat and phone mother... Only time to blip was in between those two things!

Gym was horrendous this morning. A real struggle, but I battled through the whole program, sadly no time left for jacuzzi etc before I had to get for work.

Had celebrated yesterday's 1lb loss at fat club with a massive carvery :-/

Work was ok today, passed relatively smoothly. Mathew had made a slimming world style cooked breakfast so scoffed that down... The plate shows all that was left... HP sauce and bean juice that I'd nothing to mop up with.

Then phoned Nell. I'm so angry. take my advice: have. Itching to do with a company called The original factory shop. They're a shower of... Well I can't say or blip will censor me. But suffice to say they've incurred my wrath through treating my mum terribly. Sure I'm bound to be biased, but the need their heads seeing to. I'll not set foot in another of their stores and would urge others to do likewise. AAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!
