All that glitters

I am a magpie.

I love things that sparkle. I can walk into a shop and instantly find the clothing with diamantés, it might not necessarily be age appropriate or in a colour I would wear, and I don't (always) buy it, but I will find it.

And so a jewellery party at my house with good friends and lots of prosecco was always going to be fun...I haven't added up my bill yet.

In other news, after going to bed late I was woken up at dawn o'clock by Little miss bossy, telling me the dog had thrown up in her room.
