How to lose friends and alienate people!

Wanted to see this film last night, sat through about fifteen minutes thinking "I can't understand what people are saying in this film". A few people complained and we found out a speaker had blown and it couldn't be fixed. We all had to leave and get a refund. Never had that happen before!

Also had a bit of a surprise week I found out that I've got an MA with distinction (the highest award possible) and found out that I start my first professional librarian job in January.

Celebrations are in order tonight!
