Aww

Bill and I went to Ridgefield NWR today.  We haven't been up there in over a month and things have changed.  Leaves are out, grass is tall, babies have been born.  It's summertime at the Refuge!  

We had a lovely dinner last night with our neighbors...who are heading out soon - saying goodbye to their house and hello to living in their motor home, although they will be parked right by their son's house, so it's not like they are on the open road all the time.  They have an exciting future in store for them, however, with trips planned and they seem excited by the whole adventure. 

A lovely day today....not too hot, but plenty of sunshine.  Tomorrow we hit the open road and take my aunt and our son over to the beach for a day trip.
