Celebrating

So today our buyers accepted an offer on their house from first time buyers (meaning the chain is only 3 strong) and Timbo exchanged contracts and completed on his house!

All in all a good day.

I spent this morning getting my nails done and having a pedicure ready for open shoes at the funeral on Monday.

An afternoon of cleaning the house, Tims parents have gone away for 2 weeks and we have friends over most days so cleaning today means it'll be ready for our visitors tomorrow.

We celebrated today with cookie dough ice cream however tomorrow it will be champagne!!!
