Swallow

Went out with a friend and did a 7 mile walk in and around the Mere Sands Wood Nature Reserve. This reserve is fairly close to WWT Martin Mere, so we looked in on both. A very enjoyable day.

I forgot to apply the sun cream and now have a red burnt face.
