The Key and the Calculations

It's been a bit of a day ... a very special one in fact.  

#1 and his Fiancee are officially homeowners.  They picked up the key  this morning.  Very exciting for them, as they start to move in.  It all went well, with more "humffing" tomorrow. The countdown is on to the Big Day.  So happy for them. 

Earlier than we expected, #2 got his university exam results and he now has MEng after his name.  Five years of hard work has paid off, he's done it, and achieved his goal.  We are thrilled for him.

And in case you are wondering, the calculations above have something to do with fluid mechanics.  I don't understand any of it, except that 'ma tan' might be linked to holidays.
