Mucho scorchio again today. Just 52 miles down to Inverkeithing from Dunkeld but it did include this monster called Wicks o Baiglie which was very unpleasant. Not as unpleasant as the state of Insto when he stopped at the top mind you.

Train to Waverley, briefly considered cycling the 24 miles home before coming to my senses and sitting on the platform waiting for the North Berwick train with a can of juice and a pasty.
