Ch ch changes

So. On Wednesday we had an offer accepted on a house we like. Whoop.

Closing date set for our sale. Friday. Fingers crossed.

Thursday... The weather was so beautiful I was desperate to lie on some cool grass and doze. Alas, that thing you have to do to pay the mortgage got in the way.

Later in the afternoon though, a walk along the river with the big little one & fish and chips on the beach was ample compensation.
