MONUMENT

Its a real shame that our memorial monuments are tagd - I quite like Street Art but I dont like the tagging that goes on to willy damage public property.
Taggers - Pull your heads in !! - My definition of Street art is when the artist has pemission - tagging is where they dont !! - this Memorial has been tagged.
