The cow field

On our walk up to the common, Bertie is seen here posing in what we call 'The Cow Field'. We're not particularly imaginative with our names for fields or areas. The field next to this is called 'The Donkeys' ( yep there are Donkeys in it), as we come back down from the common there is a steep path we descend that we call 'The up and up'!! If you go at it from the bottom then you feel as if you are just going up and up and up!! We describe our walks to each other later on in small chunks such as....'Bertie and I went along the canal, up the cow field, past the ice cream factory and across the common and then down the up and up'!! MAD!!!
