Orchid

A few quick snaps was all I found time for today but the orchids in the garden never fail on days like today!

We visited New Eccles Hall School with Amy today.  Specialised private provision for children with Dyslexia, ASD and related conditions.  Just what we are looking for ...... but our chances of getting funding are rated very low.  The Education authority has an obligation to provide what each child needs so the battle will be over how these needs are assessed.  Life is never dull!

On the way back we stopped in Attleborough where I had a nice catch up with a couple of my team from work and Jacinta & Amy discovered Scalextric in a charity shop for a fiver.  So now we have swapped the indoor table tennis for motor cars.  J had big brothers and never got to play with the cars when she was young so a very happy evening ensued.  Never one to play with fast cars I spent a happy hour digging a new bed on the allotment and planting seeds ahead of tomorrows forecast rain.

A full day.  A happy day!
