No!!.....wallpaper!

This is in the waiting room, of a well known Clinic on the Costa Blanca..
....where....I've 'waited' with...and for....family members,
who have been undergoing various health 'procedures'......

I've found it to be a novel, even restful decor.....
am wondering if an expert designed this room with the library wall paper, for its calming qualities....
