One fine I'm gonna be the one

I had a choice at lunchtime. More paperwork in my office, food shopping or get out and go for a run. Guess what won? It was beautiful. The sun was out. The sky was blue. There was a lovely breeze and the canal tow path was almost deserted apart from a few boaters and a fisherman. I don't normally go out at this time of day but it made a refreshing change. I did 5k and didn't feel too shoddy when I got back. I do, however, get two red stripes down my forehead when I've got hot like that which is most bizarre. They'd gorn by the time I got out of the shower thankfully. I guess the shopping will have to wait till tomorrow.
