Another day working through my lunchbreak so I could go home a bit earlier. My wife wanted me to give some tips to our daughter for her presentation in front of her class tomorrow. So I mentioned all the usual stuff: start with some rousing music and pyrotechnics, crank the PA volume to MAX, throw questions at anybody who's not paying attention, and end with a reference to your recent book now available at all good stores. Actually, I think the only thing she took onboard was to say a "Hello" before starting. Wonder if it's too late to cram a laptop and projector into her school rucksack...

I saw this girl sitting at the back of a shop looking like she had a very busy day. I honed in on the decor in her store, and was very pleased she agreed to be photographed. We had a little chat before some real customers turned up requiring her attention.
