Rushing

In a rush to get up and get out to work I managed to hurt my finger when drying my hands on a towel.
On I went to work, then on to the new place. Got home n dashed out for a run with K. Got back n showered ready to go to the minor injuries unit. Probably got caught speeding 38mph in a 30mph!
They checked my finger over and said either broken bone or ripped tendon. Go back tomorrow for an X-ray. On a scale of 1 to 10 this has been a pretty sh*t day.
